Torpedo Factory were pleased to provide the webcasting for Drupal Camp Oxford 2012. Drupal Camp Oxford is an opportunity for developers, designers, web managers, educators and business owners to better understand how powerful Drupal can be. The conference attracted people from all over the country, it included talks from web agencies, universities and charities who are all using Drupal in very different ways for very different reasons.
One of the main outcomes of the conference was an initiative to develop a Global Drupal community of universities, colleges and schools that could contribute suites of modules to help work together to build a Drupal based website that meets the common needs of all these institutions. Each participant would thus be able to benefit from a project which they may not be able to fund individually, especially those in developing countries whose needs are greatest.
Many thanks to all the presenters and the organisers. It created great opportunities to collaborate ideas within the Drupal Community, we hope that our webcasting will help you to share the knowledge. We look forward to next year's Drupal Camp!
